We offer a weight management program that accommodates a variety of weight goals with medications and peptides, such as Ozempic. The process begins with a consultation with our board-certified doctors, where basic labs, medical history, and measurements are considered to create a baseline. Treatment plans are tailored to a patient’s individual needs and goals, and we will help guide you on your weight loss journey.

For new patients seeking eligibility, a medical weight management consultation is required first along with a preliminary fasting blood panel, prior to beginning our program.

This program includes:

• Weight loss medication and supplies

• Quarterly follow-up appointments, WC measurement and weight check-ins

• Access to providers throughout duration of program

• Designed for patients who cannot get medication covered by their insurance, but want to invest in their health through medical management
